Our expert HR Specialists will work with you in providing necessary Internship or Professional employment documents to obtain an OPT Employment Authorization Document or CPT Employment Authorization from school. If you are presently providing services to a client, we will negotiate with your Client or Vendor to move your Project to our Company. We have expertise in professionally handling Billing/Project Transfers. If you have signed a contract with your Employer, our legal counsel will assist in negotiating with your Employer.
Please explain the Employment Life Cycle for OPT-CPT Candidates!
You will be employed under OPT/CPT regulations, an H1B will be initiated when required or when the H1B Quota is avilable, you have the option to request an immediate GC Process. You will be treated like any other Employee at the Company.

What about Copies of Documents? We will provide copies of every document in your Employment file, all documents will be uploaded to a Secure Server, including Fedex/USPS Tracking Numbers and/or Delivery Confirmations.

We communicate with you during your engagement, provide on job Support if needed and work with you in finding new Projects. If you decide to leave us for any reason, we will just stay in touch with you for future Project/Employment opportunities.
